Apple and the Tale of Eco-Friendly Macs

Apple is one of the most innovative companies around the world. You don’t have to be a genius to figure out what Apple has done with the iPod, the iPhone, and its Mac laptops is simply revolutionary. Every market that Apple has entered has gone through significant changes due to the bar that Apple has set for other players in that industry. But Apple has been getting a lot of flak for its gadgets not being eco-friendly enough. We all remember how the iPhone was bashed by the green movement fans for using material that was harmful for the environment. It seems Apple is finally listening.

You may have seen the latest Apple commercials. The new models not only use more environment-friendly material but they are more energy efficient too. I have personally been able to get 4 hours from my Macbook but these new laptops can last for as much as 9 hours.

Apple is not too shy about discussing what it has done with its new eco-friendly Macbooks. And it shouldn’t be. Here is a report that Apple displays next to its new Eco Macbooks.

There is not many (if any) 100% green electronics out there on the market. But Apple needs to be applauded for focusing on greener technologies to not only provide a better performance to its customers but also help the environment in the process too. Can Apple do more? Absolutely. But this is a good start. If you are looking for a green laptop, you should strongly consider the new green Macs.
